Director
Mr. Narender Singh
A Civil Engineering graduate from Thapar University, Mr. Narender Singh brings extensive construction experience spanning civil infrastructure, bridges and buildings. Before establishing Devote in 2014, he developed his expertise with leading organisations including DLF Ltd. and Gawar Construction Ltd.
His disciplined leadership, site knowledge and commitment to quality have played a central role in building Devote's execution capabilities and trusted client relationships.
Director
Mr. Sharad Dubey
Mr. Sharad Dubey brings more than two decades of experience in complex industrial projects across paper manufacturing, petrochemicals, power generation and specialty chemicals.
His expertise covers the complete project lifecycle—from commercial planning and mobilisation to installation, relocation and commissioning. Having led multidisciplinary teams across India and international markets, he brings a global, execution-focused perspective to Devote's mechanical engineering business.
